  1. PRODUCTS & CRAFTSMANSHIP

بيت الطرازين specializes in custom-designed, handcrafted مخاوير (Mukhawars) made with attention to traditional embroidery and fine detailing.

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

  • Slight variations in stitching, embroidery placement, beadwork, or color may occur.

  • These variations are not considered defects.

  • Product colors may appear slightly different depending on your screen settings.

We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any product at any time without notice.

  1. ORDERS & ACCEPTANCE

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order at our discretion.

Orders are confirmed only after payment has been successfully processed and you receive a confirmation email.

We cannot guarantee cancellations once an order has been processed.

  1. PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices are listed in AED and may change without notice.

Full payment is required before any order is processed or shipped.

By completing a purchase, you confirm that:

  • Your payment information is accurate

  • You are authorized to use the selected payment method

  1. NO RETURN / NO REFUND POLICY

All sales are final.

Due to the custom and delicate nature of our مخاوير, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

Please review all product details carefully before placing your order.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, you must contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and your order number. We will review the issue and respond accordingly.

Claims submitted after 48 hours may not be accepted.

  1. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Orders are shipped via trusted third-party courier services.

Shipping times are estimates only and are not guaranteed. We are not responsible for delays caused by couriers, customs, or events outside our control.

Once an order is handed to the courier, risk transfers to the customer.

We are not liable for:

  • Shipping delays

  • Lost packages

  • Customs duties or import fees

However, we will assist in filing courier claims when necessary.

  1. ORDER ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping and contact information at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders delayed, lost, or misdelivered due to incorrect information provided by the customer.
